30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or invoice).

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Customized or personalized products
Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@yourstore.com or call +1 (555) 123-4567 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: May be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or model, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other Reasons: For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check Your Bank Account: There may be processing delays before a refund is officially posted.
- Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is posted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
